Table-Top Exhibit Provisions

The following will be provided per each 6 ft. wide x 30 in. deep table-top exhibit:

• 6' x 30" Table-Top, with white skirting
• (2) Symposium Passes - All Access includes Symposium, Lunch, & Networking Social = $295 Value Ea.
• (2) Chairs
• (1) Program Guide & Web Site Listing

Exhibit Setup & Take-Down Hours

All table-top exhibits must be completely setup and ready for display by the time check-in opens at 7:30am.

  4:30pm — 5:30pm

Display Rules

Your table-top exhibit space does not extend beyond the table surface. No other display items are allowed on the floor beside, or in front of, the table without written permission. Display space is limited to the surface of the table, and at a maximum of 4 ft. high (except for products displayed in their normal operating position). Pull-Up style banners are allowed behind your table-top as long as they do not extend beyond the allotted 6 ft. width.

Table-top Height: Exhibit fixtures, signage, products, etc. must be placed on top of the table. Flame resistant signs or banners reaching a maximum of 6 ft. in length by 30 in. in height may be hung from the front of the table to reach the floor.

Exhibitors will be asked to remove any display items not in compliance with these guidelines.

Exhibitor Staff Registration & Name Badges

All Exhibitor Staff must be registered before the day of the Symposium. (2) All-Access Symposium Passes are included per Exhibit Table-Top. Use your company's Staff Registration Code to register each person - found in your Exhibitor Kit Notification (email). Additional tickets are offered to Exhibitors at Early Bird pricing of $250 each. (Regular Pricing = $295)

Once you are registered, you will pick up your name badge at the Pre-Registered Check-in area, inside the Hyatt, between 7:00am – 8:45am.

Please bring your printed tickets (or smart phone with ticket) with you. If you do not have your ticket with you, but you have pre-registered, we can also find your name in the system.

**If you do not have a Exhibitor Name Badge you will not be allowed within the Symposium room or table-top exhibit area, and you will not be allowed to set-up your table-top exhibit space.

Exhibitor Parking

All-Day, Self-Parking is $3.00 per vehicle (special rate).

PARKING IS LIMITED – ARRIVE EARLY to ensure you get a parking space within the Hyatt Regency's parking areas to take advantage of the discounted rate.

Exhibitor Loading & Unloading

There are parking spaces next to the exhibitor loading area, in the south-east corner of the main parking lot. We suggest that you arrive early and park in this lot.
