This is a NON-CANNABIS CONSUMPTION event. Exhibitors are not allowed distribute, sell or consume any medicated or live THC products on the grounds of the Hyatt Vineyard Creek.
Your table-top exhibit space does not extend beyond the table surface. No other display items are allowed on the floor beside, in front of, or behind the table without written permission. Display space is limited to the surface of the table, and at a maximum of 4 ft. high (except for products displayed in their normal operating position).
Tabletop Height: Exhibit fixtures, signage, products, etc. must be placed on top of the table. Flame resistant signs or banners reaching a maximum of 6 ft. in length by 30 in. in height may be hung from the front of the table to reach the floor.
Exhibitors may be asked to remove any display items not in compliance with these guidelines.
Due to ongoing construction at the event venue, PARKING IS LIMITED – ARRIVE EARLY to insure you get a parking space within the Hyatt Vineyard Creek's parking areas. Overflow parking is available off-site.
The Hyatt will also be providing free valet parking for the first 60 cars – the valet parking pickup / drop-off is located just outside the Hyatt's lobby.

There are parking spaces next to the exhibitor loading area, in the south-east corner of the main parking lot. We suggest that you arrive early and park in this lot.
All Exhibitor Staff must be pre-registered. You can pick up your name badge at the Pre-Registered Check-in area between 7:00am – 8:45am.
Please bring your printed tickets (or smart phone with ticket) with you. If you do not have your ticket with you, but you have pre-registered, we can also find your name in the system.
**If you do not have a Exhibitor Name Badge you will not be allowed within the Symposium room or table-top exhibit area, and you will not be allowed to set-up your table-top exhibit space.
SOLD OUT EVENT - No additional badges will be available at the door.
